A number of services are not covered by the NHS funding received by the Practice.

Charges will be made for providing private sick notes, completion of insurance certification, driving licence, and completing reports for Insurance Companies/Solicitors.

Medical Examinations
If you require a medical for employment, driving etc the receptionist will arrange a 30 minute appointment and a fee will be payable for this.

Overseas Medicals
Some of the Partners are approved for undertaking medicals for individuals going to live in Canada or New Zealand either temporarily or longer term. Please contact the receptionist for an appointment. A fee is payable per person for this service. For further information and an appointment please contact the practice.
